After a great deal more walking through the damp grass, he found what he was looking for: something, literally anything. He could now see a large structure in the distance.

Whatever it was, it was massive, like an enormous rigid bush with enough space between the branches that he could see into the field beyond.

And just past the structure was some sort of arcane beast.
